1. About LONGYUN

LONGYUN designs and sells sword-talisman pendants and related accessories. The Site operates on an inquiry basis: you submit an inquiry about a product, and we respond directly to confirm availability, pricing, and order details. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a binding order.

Our pendants are crafted from stainless steel and finished by hand. We work to display our products accurately, but colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly between the images shown and the item you receive, and between individual pieces. Our products are decorative accessories; references to “talisman”, “protection”, or similar are symbolic and cultural and are not a promise of any specific outcome.

3. Inquiries, Pricing, and Orders

Prices shown on the Site, where displayed, are indicative and may change without notice. Final pricing, availability, shipping, and payment arrangements are confirmed through direct communication after you submit an inquiry. An order is only binding once we have confirmed it with you in writing.

All content on the Site — the LONGYUN name, logo, designs, images, and text — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.
