Shipping & Returns

This policy explains how LONGYUN ships orders and handles returns. Because we operate on an inquiry basis, the exact terms of your order — including shipping cost and delivery method — are confirmed with you directly before your order is finalised.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment is arranged, we prepare your item for dispatch. Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days. We will let you know if a particular piece requires additional time.
2. Shipping
We ship worldwide using tracked and insured couriers. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated during your inquiry. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in any quoted price.
3. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order details. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment arrangement within 7–14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will make this clear during your inquiry.
